WELCOME TO A UNIQUE AND FASCINATING EXPERIENCE IN THE WORLD OF COFFEE.
Have you ever wondered how your favorite coffee gets its distinct flavor? With our Roasting Course at CozoCoffee, you have the opportunity to explore the art of becoming a coffee roaster, or at least get the fundamentals down. We will dive into complex flavors and create your very own blend.
Guided by me, Oskar, you will have the chance to both create your own blend and manage the roasting process to develop your own profile. It’s guaranteed to be a unique experience. All coffee is roasted using our cast iron roaster, and you will be able to create your own flavor profile based on your preferences, and even take home your very own blend! The roasting course provides you with a deeper understanding of the coffee's journey from bean to cup,as well as insider knowledge of how we strive every day to create a delightful coffee experience for coffee drinkers around the world. We will also roast 3.2 kilograms of "own blend" per participant, which is included and you can take home to share with your loved ones. :)

Det var förr i tiden inte lätt att hitta bra kaffe runt om i världen. På senare år har det dock startat en mängd bra microrosterier och jag har haft förmånen att besöka många av dem. Så varför inte ta den erfarenheten och starta ett eget rosteri i min hemstad Örebro.
